Our voyage took an amazing detour in 2012 when we crossed the Atlantic and arrived on the colorful beaches of Miami Beach. We welcomed guests to Cara Mia Trattoria and introduced them to our traditional Italian cuisine. Our ability to introduce a taste of Italy to Florida won over the patrons of Miami Beach, making Cara Mia Trattoria a popular spot for Italian food in Miami.

We unveiled Vita Osteria Italiana, another jewel in our culinary crown, in the vibrant South Beach neighborhood in 2023. Vita Osteria Italiana is a reflection of our unwavering love for real Italian food and our commitment to spreading that love far and wide.

We are now presenting our latest gem, VITA BISTRO ITALIANO, in the heart of Coral Gables.
